Filipino Sam Smith
Another Filipino talent was discovered online. He is Carl Malone Montencido. A student who sings like Sam Smith and got viral all over the world and even Sam Smith and Kelly Clarkson recognize his talent. And now he is going to perform in The Ellen Show, a show of popular American comedian and show host Ellen DeGeneres. For everyone's information Carl is a blind and one of the contestant of local singing competition Tawag ng Tanghalan and It's Showtime, Pilipinas Got Talent and The Clash but unfortunately he didn't won each of the competition.
The young singer’s vocal prowess has been described by Sam Smith himself as “out of this universe.”
Carl also drew attention from Kelly Clarkson and her team.
